To complete the objective of this challenge we encourage you meet the recommended dietary allowance (RDA). The RDA is the least amount of protein needed to maintain good health as supported by the Dietary Guidelines for America. The minimum daily protein goal for good health is 46 grams for adult women and 56 grams for adult men.
