How to log your workout:

  1. Each workout consists of three exercises: squat, lunge and push up.

  2. Add an exercise, choose strength, search or browse for “squat” then add the number of repetitions you’ve completed.

  3. Repeat this process for “lunge” then “push up” each day you workout.
