How to Play: Feel you need to kick start your fitness regime? Medibank wants to help you make fitness part of your every day routine by joining their 30 day challenge, Eat, Sleep, Run, Repeat.

Log your workouts everyday for 30 days. Aim to workout 5 days a week with some rest days to help you keep committed through the whole 30 days. Workouts can be any activity found within the MapMyFitness App. Only one activity a day can be counted towards the challenge. Workouts do not need to be GPS verified.
