Log a minimum of 15 meals a week for at least four weeks from Jan. 18 – Feb. 28, 2016 and a minimum of 60 meals within 4 weeks in order to be eligible for the Grand Prizes. A meal is defined by any foods or drinks logged into the dietary section of the app, regardless if it is associated with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks. Participants can use the MyFitnessPal app or website to log meals.
